What we collect

When you join the founding members list, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and a record of your consent. When you send a message, we collect your name, email, subject, and message.

How we use it

We use this information only to share news about our opening, programs, and membership, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secure database accessible only to authorized members of the academy team.

Your rights

In line with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you may withdraw your consent, ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time.

To make a request, send us a message through the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.
